The standard model for Super D is a two-pass boiler. In the first pass, the flame and high temperature flue gas flows from the front to the back of the furnace radiating heat to the water wall. In the second pass, high temperature flue gas baffles from the back of combustion furnace to the convection tube bank going through a convective heat-transfer process. Boiler water circulation system adopts natural circulation that shows great superiority, i.e. a relatively large temperature difference and high operating safety.
Compact design and D-type layout of boiler integer effectively makes boiler smaller and fully packaged and semi-packaged boilers are convenient for transport and installation reducing the whole cost greatly.
Convective heat exchange surface design makes high heat transfer rate. Reasonable water circulating system, large water content and steam space ensures good steam quality. Abundant convection surface makes the boiler operate smoothly and have a potential for over load.
